- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold XpPass, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
TERMINATION
We may terminate your account and your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Service and any Content.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Swiss Fédération, as amended from time to time.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and XpPass regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
